About VIT Engineering Entrance Exam (VITEEE)

VITEEE is the common entrance exam for VIT Vellore, VIT Chennai, VIT-AP, and VIT Bhopal. Eligible candidates may select specific campus and course during counselling.

Eligibility

1.    The applicant should be resident/Non-resident Indian National/PIO/OCI holder

2.    PIO/OCI candidates should have studied in school located in India in the preceding two years.

3.    Candidate should have secured aggregate of 60% in physics, chemistry, and mathematics/biology in the qualifying exam (+2 intermediate)

4.    The average marks obtained in the subjects physics, chemistry and mathematics or biology (PCM/PCB) in +2 (or its equivalent) put together should be 50% for the following categories (SC/ST students,

5.       Candidate who have appeared for the +2 Exam through different boards in the same academic years are not eligible for VITEEE
