No Complaint’s are accepted by UPSC board at the time of recruitment process

UPSC will not entertain any complain and correspondence with any candidate except in rare cases, to avoid any disruptions in the process of the selection, for that year in which examination is conducted, the UPSC will not entertain even RTI for the marks and mains answers sheet display till it completes the selection process for that year.

Instructions to applicants

The eligible candidates will be issued and e-admission certificate 3 weeks before the commencement of examination. Download the e-admit from the www.upsc.gov.in website. Check the admit card properly after downloading from the website and if any errors bring to notice of UPSC immediately.
Use photograph that is proper and neatly dresses with clean background to avoid rejection of the application, any unclear and improper signature in the application will be rejected.

Keep the following details safely for any communication with the UPSC

  • Name and year of the examination____________
  • Registration ID (RID)__________
  • Roll number (if received)___________
  • Name of the candidate (in full and in block letters) as entered in the application form at the time of filling application_______
  • Communication not containing the above particulars may not be taken or addressed to the candidates.

Candidates should also note down their RID number for future reference. They may be required to indicate the same in connection with any communication to UPSC Board
         
Important Note to the candidates
  • If candidates does any mistake at the time of applying and he recognized that mistake at the time when he is paying Fee/Challan
  • He had applied and paid the fee and after he recognized the mistake
  • He notice that he had made mistakes at the just a day before the end of the date for application
  • In any of the above cases the candidate can leave the already applied application and apply for the new one and should take the e-admit card which contains the correct details of the applied one

Candidates should keep all the e-admit card and a valid Email ID and Phone number that he had entered at the time of filling application
  • The age name in the application are verified according with the 10th marks list and no other certificate issued by any other authorities will not be entertained
  • Caste certificate which is issued by a competent authority for the reservation, is only consider for determining the category of the candidate
  • Check all the details clearly and thoroughly if found anything wrong bring immediately to the notice of the UPSC.
  • No marks sheet of prelims exam of unsuccessful candidates will not be supplied to unsuccessful /successful candidates and no correspondence will be entertained by the commission in this regard even under RTI, only the list containing the Roll no and Registration Numbers of the successful candidates will be released through the website and these candidates are allowed to apply for mains and take the test.
  • The marks of the unsuccessful candidates will be available after the completion of interview and declaration of final qualified candidate in the website
  • Every part of the examination and details in the process of the examination are important so, keep all the documents safe till all the process of selection is completed for the year.
