Third Schedule contains the Forms of Oaths and affirmations

4th Schedule
Allocation of Seats in Council of States (i.e. the no of seats for each state in Rajya Sabha)

5th Schedule
Provisions as to the administration and control of Scheduled Areas and Scheduled Tribes Contains 4 parts (Part A, Part B, Part C, Part D)

6th Schedule
Provision as to the administration of Tribal Areas in the states of
  • Assam
  • Meghalaya
  • Tripura and
  • Mizoram
  • West Bengal (Darjeeling, Gorkha Hill Council)

7th Schedule
Contains No of Subjects that Union and State Government can make laws

List III: concurrent List (47)

8th Schedule
Contains the List of Languages that are recognized by Constitution (contains 22 languages)

Konkani, Nepali, Manipuri – Added by

Santhali, Maithili, Bodo, Dogri – Added by 92nd Amendment Act (2003)

9th Schedule
Validation of certain Acts and Regulations
Added by 1st Amendment in 1951

10th Schedule
Provision as to the disqualification on grounds of defection – Added by 52nd Amendment Act (1985)

11th Schedule
Powers, Authority and Responsibilities of Panchayats (contains 29 subjects) –
Added by 73rd Amendment Act (1992)

12th Schedule
Powers, Authority and Responsibilities of Municipalities (contains 18 Subjects) –
Added by 74th Amendment Act (1992)
