Service Examination

The candidate eye-sight will be tested in accordance with the following rules

UPSC (UNION
PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION) Exam
It is the
constitutional body which selects the candidates and recommends to concerned
department of Central government for the recruitment of the candidates into
services, every year UPSC releases UPSC year -Calendar and
publishes dates of notification and accordingly,
Civil service is the common entrance exam for all 24

To appoint a candidate for the post, candidate need to have good mental
and physical health and should meet all the physical standards prescribed by
UPSC board. So that right candidate is selected for right posts as the nature
of work itself demands the physical and mental health of the person

The
common entrance is for all these services, but for mains IFS- Indian Forests
Service has different Mains pattern and is conducted before the Mains
Examination of Civil services. If any new service has to be created "All Indian Civil
Services" it has to introduce after the bill is passed in the parliament,
the Bill has to be initiated only in Rajasabha and the necessary law has to be
passed after discussions in both houses of parliament (Loksabha and Rajasabha).
